PRIVACY NOTE & TERMS of MEMBERSHIP. All information and details provided by you to me/us (this by defintion this means all the parties named and contained in this document) will be treated with our best endevours by me/us as STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. It is also mutually understood by you/me/us (all parties) that with your request for membership of the Team Tom Supporters Club you have read, understood and you unconditionally agree to the basis of your membership as outined in these attached website pages and agree you do not object to receiving any/all of the promotional and "special offer" information that will be forwarded to you in due course. If you are under the age of 18 you must obtain parent or guardian consent before applying for membership. It will also be expressly understood by you (the member) that Team Tom will diligently endevour to fulfil all it's obligations outlined in this membership proposal (and website) but Team Tom will not be liable in any way for any statements made or discrepencies in fulfilling it's intended obligations whether unintentional or not. Team Tom reserves the right to terminate your membership immediately should in it's opinion you be acting in any way that is detremental to the existance, reputation or future of Team Tom (Tom Tweedie) and seek legal advice forthwith to institute proceedings for damages at our/his descretion. If you do not agree with these terms of your proposed membership as stated herein please do not apply for membership.
